Miscellaneous documents were recorded in Deed Books A to W2 (1794-1823) and #21 to #251. These deed books are indexed in the Deed Book Indexes #1 to #6 and the Sundries Index #1. 1859 to 1908

Miscellaneous records were recorded in Miscellaneous Book #1 and #2 and indexed in Miscellaneous Index Book #1. Beginning 1859, names in miscellaneous documents are found in Miscellaneous Records Index #1 (1859-1908). Deed and Mortgage books before 1900 are available from the main search page. These books and index are available on microfilm at the following locations:

Miscellaneous documents were recorded in Miscellaneous books #3 to #35. Books #3 to #29 are only indexed in the rear of each book. Books #30 to #35 have no index. These books are available on microfilm at the Recorder’s Office.
