Recording and Services
For recording and indexing when the photocopy or any similar process is employed, Thirty-four Dollars for the first two pages and Eight Dollars for each page thereafter, size eight and one half inches by fourteen inches, or a fraction thereof, including the caption of such instrument. "Torrens" Law - Sec. 5310.15 or Registered Land
Under the law providing for the settlement, registration, transfer and assurance of land titles and to simplify and facilitate transactions in real estate, known as the “Torrens System.”

The Recorder shall receive the following fees:
(A) For original registration of title, issuing duplicate certificate, entering memorials and memorandums, as directed by the decree, and indexing it, Sixty Dollars. $60.00
(B) For examining and registering each transfer of Registered Land, including the filing of all papers therewith, entering memorials, issuing new duplicate certificate of title and indexing it, Sixty Dollars for the first distinct body or parcel or land contained in such certificate, and Four Dollars for each additional distinct body or parcel of land contained in such certificate. $60.00/4.00
(C) For filing, examining, and entering a memorial of each mortgage or lease, upon Registered Land, and indexing it, for each separately registered parcel, Twenty Dollars $20.00
(D) For filing, examining, and entering a memorial of each lien, charge, or demand upon Registered Land, and indexing it, for each separately registered parcel of land, Ten Dollars $10.00
(E) For cancellation of any memorial or memorandum, Two Dollar; for entry of change of address, or notice of dower, for each separately registered parcel, Ten Dollars. $2.00/10.00
(F) For each certified copy of a Registered Certificate, or issuing a Mortgagee’s Duplicate Certificate, or issuing a new Owner’s Duplicate Certificate to replace one which has been lost or destroyed, Thirty Dollars $30.00
(G) For filing, examining, and entering Memorial of each release, Assignment, or Waiver of Priority of a Mortgage, Lease, Lien, Charge, or Demand upon Registered Land and indexing it, for each separately registered parcel, Ten Dollars. $10.00
(H) For filing, examining, and entering a Memorial of each official Certificate of Pending Suit, Judgment, Lien, attachment, execution, or levy, upon Registered Land and indexing it, for each separately registered parcel, Ten Dollars. $10.00
(I) For continuing an Owner’s Duplicate Certificate, or Mortgagee’s Duplicate Certificate and entering certifying memorials and notations thereon, Ten Dollars. $10.00
(J) For certificate as to taxes and special assessments, for each separately registered parcel, Twenty Dollars $20.00
(K) For filing, recording, and indexing any papers or instruments other than those provided in this section or any certified copy of record or of any instrument on file in his office, the same fees allowed bylaw for like services.
(L) For issuing subpoenas and notices and swearing witnesses, the same fees allowed the Clerk for like services.
