Requesting a Certified Copy of a Document


A certified copy of a document can only be provided if we have the money at the time of certification.

Certified copies can be obtained at our office during normal hours of operation, Monday thru Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.

The price for a certified copy is $2.00 per page for the copy charge and $1.00 per document for the certification.
